Refund Policy for RED Worldwide, Inc.

Consent
RED Worldwide, Inc. has standard operating procedures for refunds of its services. By agreeing to use our services and initiating payment through a deposit for services or payment in full, you consent to our Refund Policy and agree to its terms.  

Requests 
You have 45 calendar days to request a refund for any services not rendered from the date you initiate that service.  

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a copy of the receipt or invoice number to verify the purchase,  copy of correspondence verifying the receipt of requested items or assets required to proceed with the requested services.  After 45 days though you are not eligible for a refund, you may still be eligible for service credit toward future services if there are extenuating circumstances and the request is made within 90 days. 

Refunds 
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you that we have received it. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 48 hours of reviewing the request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Receipt of payment may depend on your card issuer’s policies.  

Service Credit 
If a service credit is approved, you will be notified immediately once the credit has been applied.  Please use the form below to request a refund. 

Physical Products / Digital Products
Some examples of physical products include but are not limited to:

        - Preparation of Documents such as business plans, succession plans, strategic plans.
 
Relating to Trust Documents: Please note that Trust documents are not eligible for a refund as the preparation of these documents are complimentary. If you engaged RED Worldwide, Inc. regarding the establishment of your Trust(s), you are paying for/did pay for courses, not document preparation.
 
Some examples of digital products include but are not limited to:

  • Courses on RED Worldwide’s website,
  • An internet website, website hosting, and domain name registrations

No-Refund Policy for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
 
Once a digital product (such as an online course, software, or app) has been delivered to you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or not as described. Please review all product information carefully before making your purchase.

If you are engaging our service through our website, you must acknowledge this policy at checkout by selecting the required checkbox: “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use, and I understand that all sales of digital products are non-refundable after delivery.”

  • An internet website, website hosting, and domain name registrations
  • This policy is also stated in your order confirmation email, for your records. 

If you encounter technical issues accessing your digital product, or believe it is defective or misrepresented, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review your situation and assist you according to our terms and local consumer protection laws.
 
Disclaimer:
As stated in our presentations, webinars, advertisements, invoices, receipts, and course materials, our courses are designed to provide education and the trust document preparation and advisory services are complimentary. While we strive to assist clients in various stages of implementation, including providing general guidance on processes such as opening trust bank accounts, we do not guarantee the ability to successfully open accounts, as final approval is subject to each institution’s internal policies, KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and other compliance regulations beyond our control.
 
It is important to note that the courses you paid for were fully delivered and available for your use from the date of purchase. Additionally, many clients are able to benefit from the educational value of the courses, which often qualifies as a tax-deductible expense for educational purposes, as indicated during enrollment.
 
Because full access to the courses purchased was provided to you digitally at the time you paid your deposit, you received the full value of what you purchased in advance of full payment.

REFUND REQUEST
